I wrote a long, unflattering (WELL DESERVED) review, but I don't see it on your website. In fact, nearly all the reviews listed are 4-5 stars. I find this unbelievable, considering the BS treatment I have gotten at TPS.

Took our brand new 2017 Polaris General for its first service and some warrantee work to a Polaris dealer that came highly recommended back in February. While it was in for service the General was moved with a fork lift and badly damaged. After months of going back and forth between this highly recommend dealer and Polaris there was no resolution in site. My damaged General remained in the hands of the dealer, while I continued to make payments and seek resolution to have the necessary repairs done so the machine could be turned back to me in the condition I brought it to the dealer. After months of frustration and no resolution I began contacting other Polaris dealers in the area. This is where I came across Team Power Sports and Travis the leader of their service team. Travis was willing to listen to my concerns and felt my frustration. He wasted no time in contacting Polaris directly to see if he and his team could take on the challenge of cleaning up a mess due to negligent practices being employed by the dealer where my General sat. The representative for Polaris gladly agreed for Team Power Sports to complete the necessary repairs. From there it was white glove service. Travis worked directly with the Polaris rep to get this situation resolved. His communication was spot on and he kept me informed as to what was going to happen and when. Travis is a professional man of integrity presenting information in an honest form. His commitment to excellence and his customers is superior and a rare find in the day and age of which we do business. I highly recommend the service department led by Travis of Team Power Sports. A class act. 5 stars recommendation
