The service department was perfect. I carried my 2014 polaris 850 4x4 four wheeler in for the first service without making an appointment, expecting to have to leave it and pick it up another day. But I was very surprised when I was told that they would have it ready in a few hours if I want to wait. Which I did because I live 1 1/2 hours away. Thanks again for the fast service. I will be back again.

Live outside of the Raleigh area and was able to get most of the price issues out of the way before I headed up there. After I got a warm and fuzzy with TPS I didn't even have to try the local dealers in Fayetteville. The deal was sealed before I even left the house.

I came in wanting to get parts for my recently crashed moped. I printed out my Yamaha wish list and handed it to Baxter. After about 5 mins of ordering the parts he informed me that the prices in the store were $3-4 higher than the prices online. He went ahead and price matched every single item! Excellent customer service and will be shopping there again for a motorcycle in the future.
